Event Registration

This workshop will focus on building color relationships to express light applied to the study of the human figure. Students will paint from a live model that de-emphasizes linear drawing in favor of a felt response to the model that follows the path of light across form. Concepts covered include Munsell model of identifying color, posterization of values, the shape or cut of light and its organization as observed on the simple sphere model.
